Workcred is pleased to announce that Angie Graves will join the Workcred Board of Directors for a three-year term, effective immediately. An affiliate of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Workcred's mission is to strengthen workforce quality by improving the credentialing system, ensuring its ongoing relevance, and preparing employers, workers, educators, and governments to use it effectively.

Ms. Graves has more than 20 years of experience and expertise as a leader in talent management, talent acquisition, and workforce development. Currently, Ms. Graves is principal consultant for clinical talent management strategy at Kaiser Permanente where she develops and drives innovative strategies and solutions for talent acquisition and talent management for the care delivery program encompassing nearly 160,000 clinical staff. She influences and develops functional and organization-wide policies and goals to support talent acquisition and internal mobility strategies.

She was formerly with Group Health Cooperative, now Kaiser Permanente of Washington, as director of talent acquisition. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, she led various recruiting, training, sales, and leadership development initiatives in contingent staffing, architecture, and retail. She is actively involved in many local organizations that demonstrate her commitment and passion for furthering quality education in communities and providing opportunities for students of all backgrounds to attain the needed education and readiness for anticipated high need future careers in all areas of health care.
