This credentialing maze and the lack of transparent career pathways is one of the main reasons our national economy is suffering from a skills gap. Job seekers can’t find the credentials that will help them earn and demonstrate their competencies. Employers can’t find the certifications or credentials that will guarantee that employees know what a piece of paper says they know.
It’s confusing. And we can do better.
